I came up with an idea of a blog about two years ago right after I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis (an autoimmune disease that affects a thyroid gland). However, I had to put this idea on hold because I needed to find out what I am fighting with. Looking back I believe that it was a good idea because few years back it would have been a very depressing blog, and let’s face it, no one would like to read it.
Now, I am more aware of the disease and I am ready to share with you my ways to handle its symptoms and different techniques to feel happy and healthy (yes, it is possible).
